When you stay at Outlaw Basin you'll have access to many acres of private land that borders White River National Forest.

Area: We are situated in Colorado hunting area 42.  

Hunting: Depending on the season and if you have the appropriate tags, you can hunt bear, mountain lion, elk, moose and deer.  

2022 Elk Season Dates:

• Archery- Sept. 2 to Sept. 30
  
• Muzzleloader- Sept. 10 to Sept. 18
  
• First Rifle-  Oct. 15 to Oct. 19
  
• Second Rifle-  Oct. 29 to Nov. 6
  
• Third Rifle- ​ Nov. 12 to Nov. 18
  
• Fourth Season- Nov. 23 to Nov. 27

Fishing: East Divide Creek bisects the property and Alsbury Reservoir is 5 miles south.
